Damaged Merchandise
Our goal is to ensure you receive the best service and merchandise in the industry. We pack all orders so you receive your products on time and in excellent condition. Make sure to check your order and let us know of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. If an item is broken, please send us a picture and we will reimburse you for that item. If a shipping box is visibly damaged this should be noted before signing the delivery receipt.

Every product is hand formed, dried, fired, glazed individually by skilled artisans and then fired again in primitive kilns. Each piece is unique. Each piece differs slightly from all others in size, shape, color, texture and firing marks. Talavera pottery is not frost or freeze-proof. Just like your favorite plant, the pottery must be taken indoors before any danger of frost. Talavera also should not be subjected to sitting in water or extreme humidity (i.e. in a growing greenhouse).

We guarantee the date of departure by common carrier from our warehouse. We do our very best to determine the date of arrival to you. Sometimes trucking companies do not perform as we wish and your delivery may be delayed. Normally we will follow up with you to confirm delivery and condition of your order.
